Orbit is a tour booking platform for touring musicians that brings hotel, ground-transit and flight arrangements into one dashboard. Built on FastAPI with Clerk authentication, Supabase and Mapbox route maps, it cut tour planning in beta testing from 6–8 hours to 15 minutes — and led to a strategic partnership with Articulate Entertainment.

Every stop on a tour needs a venue, a stay, ground transport and flights — for the artist, the band and the crew. Orbit replaces the complex spreadsheets behind all of that with one platform: venue, flight, stay and route, all in one.
It is a tour booking platform for touring musicians, streamlining hotel, transit and flight arrangements on a FastAPI infrastructure, with end-to-end planning and personalised travel recommendations.
Hotels, buses and flights
Give Orbit the .csv file with your tour dates and locations, and it generates tailored hotel recommendations for all three parties — artist, band and crew — for the entire tour in seconds, each one mapped against the venue.
Tour managers no longer need to reach out to individual charter companies to schedule tour buses: Orbit integrates booking directly into the software. For the air legs, a flight search built on parallel API calls brings flight comparison down to 30 seconds.

In beta testing, Orbit reduced tour planning from 6–8 hours of traditional work to just 15 minutes — up to 32 times faster. That efficiency led to a strategic partnership with Articulate Entertainment, and drew interest from more than ten tour managers.
